How do I return an item?

If product is not 100% satisfactory, simply return it within 60 days for a full credit or refund of purchase price with no hassle.* Allow 10 business days for your credit card refund to process upon receipt of your return. COVID 19 UPDATE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON: Bowls, Color/Tint Brushes, Chemical Products (bleach, color, perms, peroxide), PPE Products, Used or Damaged Retail Products, Brushes, Shears, Makeup, Seasonal items, Promotional and Free items, Education Ticket Sales and Discontinued products.

After 60 days a 25% restock fee will be applied. No returns will be accepted after 120 days.


To receive a full refund on items purchased with a quantity discount, either the quantity purchased must be returned in full or you must retain the minimum quantity required to qualify for the discount. If you retain fewer than the minimum quantity, the amount refunded will reflect the regular full price applied to all items not returned.

To receive any amount of refund items must be in like new condition, no visible wear, no sun damage, no stickers, price tags, pen markings or defaced product and must be in original packaging.

All returns over $500.00 will require management approval.

Items returned from intros subject to a 50% restock fee.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To obtain an RMA please contact our customer service department at returns -at- 4bassett.com. If you do not hear from us within 72hrs you may call Customer Service at 877-277-9288. Obtaining an RMA does not guarantee full refund of product returned.


Appliances: May be returned inside 60 days of purchase but must be accompanied by an invoice. For used appliances after 60 days, please follow manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.

Brushes and Shears: All sales are final on brushes, combs, makeup and shears.

Makeup: All sales are final on all makeup.

Seasonal Items: All sales are final. Seasonal Items include but not limited to - Holiday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Back to School

Promotional and Free items: No returns or exchanges of promotional or free items. If an item is purchased with a free item and a refund is requested for the purchased item, the free item must also be returned.

Special Promotions: No refunds on Special promotion products.

Education Ticket Sales: All sales are final and not transferable. If a class is cancelled for any reason a full refund will be applied. All education must be paid by Credit or Debit card.

Discontinued product: No returns or refunds on discontinued product at any time.

No returns on any item for any reason after 120 days


Refunds

Credit Card purchases must refund to the same credit card used for purchase. Purchases on account will be refunded as credit on account. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of product. No exceptions!

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may be applied to certain furniture and equipment items. This fee may be increased for damaged or used goods. Incomplete displays and partial kits are subject to restocking fees. Credit issued only for actual merchandise returned.

Fedex, UPS, and certified mail is recommended for all returns. Be sure to include your RMA number with all merchandise to be returned. For all other delivery methods, call 877-277-9288 for instructions. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned goods and exchanges. If it was our error, please contact support -at- 4bassett.com for instructions to correct your order immediately. *The following exclusions apply: Special orders are not returnable as well as carts, toppers, and roll-a-abouts.

Damages

Do not sign for shipments until you have thoroughly inspected for damage. Visible damage to cartons must be noted on the freight bill. We cannot be responsible for shipments that are not signed for as damaged. Do not dispose of the box or packaging material until items have been fully inspected for damages or defects. Reports for visible or concealed damage must be made within 24 hours of receipt to 877-277-9288. Bassett’s returns team requires a picture sent to support -at- 4bassett.com for all damages.
